Just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed the seminar that your Montreal office puts on.  I was totally taken care of every minute. Being an old steam guy its amazing how much that you forget when you don't use it ever day. You were right about the classroom, it was so cool to be able to physically see all the steam traps working, but to actually see water hammer in piping was quite astounding. You are so lucky to work with a team of guys at Preston Phipps that are so professional and incredibly knowledgeable.
